Refund & Return Policy – Hades Culture
At Hades Culture, we focus on producing premium-quality apparel in limited quantities. To maintain product quality, exclusivity, and operational efficiency, we currently do not accept returns or refunds unless an incorrect, damaged, or defective product has been delivered.
We strongly encourage customers to review size charts, product descriptions, and specifications carefully before placing an order. If you need sizing assistance, our support team is available to help before purchase.
Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Product
Reporting Period
Any issue regarding a damaged product, missing item, defective product, or incorrect order must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Required Proof
Please email the following:
- Order Number
- Clear unboxing video
- Images of the product and packaging
- Description of the issue

Resolution Process
After reviewing the submitted evidence, our team will investigate the claim.
If approved:
- A reverse pickup will be arranged where applicable.
- A replacement product will be provided, subject to stock availability.
- If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
Hades Culture’s liability is limited to the value of the purchased product/order only.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only for approved cases involving:
- Wrong product delivered
- Manufacturing defect
- Product damaged during transit
To qualify:
- The product must be unused and unworn.
- Original tags, packaging, seals, and accessories must remain intact.
- Products showing signs of use, washing, damage, or tampering will not be accepted.
Refund Processing
Once the returned product passes our quality inspection:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method.
COD & Partial Payment Orders
- COD handling charges are non-refundable.
- Advance payments made for Partial Payment orders are non-refundable if the customer refuses delivery, cancels after dispatch, or fails to accept the shipment.
- Approved refunds will only be processed after successful verification and inspection.
Size Trials & Multiple Size Orders
If multiple sizes of the same product are ordered for trial purposes, only one size may be eligible for exchange (subject to availability). Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Sale, Discount & Promotional Orders
Products purchased using:
- Discount codes
- Promotional offers
- Sale campaigns
- Prepaid discount benefits
are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they qualify under the damaged, defective, or incorrect product policy.
Policy Rights
Hades Culture reserves the right to make the final decision regarding all return, refund, exchange, and cancellation requests. We may modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
